Terms of use. For using the app, not hiring us.
This covers anyone using an application Data Day Studio built and runs, whether you're a client's customer or a client's own staff.
- 01
Who this is for
Anyone using an application Data Day Studio built and runs, whether you're a client's customer or a client's own staff. If you're evaluating hiring us to build something, you want the service agreement instead.
- 02
Using the application
Use it the way it's meant to be used. Don't try to break into it, don't resell or share access you weren't given, and don't use it for anything illegal.
- 03
Your account
Keep your login to yourself, tell us if you think it's been compromised, and you're responsible for what happens under your account until you do.
- 04
What you put in stays yours
The records, files, and content you put into the application remain yours. We use them for exactly one thing: running the application for you.
- 05
What we promise, and what we don't
We work to keep the application up and fix what breaks. Beyond that it's provided as-is, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
- 06
Ending access
The application's operator, us or the client we built it for, can end your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using it any time.
- 07
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms.
- 08
Changes
If this changes in a way you'd notice, we'll update the date at the top.
